SIP und y/ours machen gemeinsam Sache - Round 2.

Eine der SIP-Säulen ist das "MOVEMENT" und mit der Session am 11.07.2026 war der Start der Serie gelegt. Starten wir also erneut in die neue Community Bewegung. Ja, Bewegung.

Who we are:
y/ours ist ein Boutique Studio für Yoga- und Pilateskurse im Gründerzeitviertel Mönchengladbach.
Das Studio ist direkt angebunden an die y/ours Praxisgemeinschaft, die mit einem interdisziplinären Team ganzheitliche Gesundheit lebt und weitergibt.

Yoga on Beat:
Ein fließender Yoga-Flow mit Summer Beats und genau der richtigen Mischung aus Aktivierung und Entspannung. Gemeinsam mobilisieren wir den Körper, kommen in Bewegung und stimmen uns als Community auf einen großartigen Tag voller Begegnungen ein.

Kein schweißtreibendes Workout, sondern ein rhythmischer Flow, der dich wach macht, bewegt und mit einem guten Gefühl und einem Lächeln in die SIP Party starten lässt.
